You can also visit le dodici lune ristorante that offers excellent meals. Next to many local attractions, including the Tramontano Castle, which is just 15 mins on foot...

The nearby restaurant, Baccanti, was as close as 600 feet from the hotel. The venue was great, as you can expect from Matera.

Everything was fantastic.
